Worldwide Tracking and Delivery for Chantier Lampshades

At Chantier, all of our handmade lampshades are crafted to order with an estimated lead time of 1-3 weeks. During busy periods, such as Christmas or promotional sales, this lead time may extend to 2-4 weeks. The current production time for our bespoke lampshades will be displayed in a banner at the top of our website.

For any other items purchased from the Chantier website, the lead time is typically 3-5 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Delivery Details:

•If you order multiple items, they may be delivered at different times or held until the full order is ready for dispatch. Our Customer Service team will provide updates on how your order is being managed.
•Please note that estimated dispatch times are subject to change and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Information:
We offer worldwide delivery, partnering with trusted services like Lithuanian Post, Omniva, DPD, and more. We always strive to provide the most reliable and cost-effective shipping options for our customers.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and link via email or text so you can track your shipment.
International Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be confirmed after your order is placed.
Customs and Import Fees: Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or handling fees. Chantier reserves the right to decline orders to certain countries if delivery charges or import taxes are prohibitively high.
If any items in your order are unavailable or if the delivery time exceeds the estimate, we will inform you via email or phone.

Returns and Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order any time from the moment you place it up until 14 days after receiving your goods. To cancel your order, notify us via email at neringa@chantier.Lt within this period. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).

A credit note will be issued if a return request is made after 14 days of delivery. No credit notes or refunds will be provided if the return request is made after 2 months from the delivery date.

Personalised / Bespoke Lampshades: Refund and Return Policy

Refunds and credit notes are not available for bespoke, made-to-order lampshades, including those created with customer-supplied materials or any lampshades that fall outside our standard stock sizes and designs. As each custom lampshade is handmade to order, we kindly ask that you carefully measure your space before purchasing to avoid sizing issues. If you need assistance with sizing, we are more than happy to help.

Please note that computer, phone, and tablet screens can display colors differently, so slight variations may occur.

Return Shipping:
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged.

Return Conditions for a Refund or Credit Note:
 
•We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
•Items must be returned in their original packaging and arrive in saleable condition. If returning a lampshade, please use the original box without adding extra packaging inside, as additional materials can cause damage during shipping.
•Once your order safely reaches us, we will issue a refund or credit note, depending on the condition of the returned item.
•All returned orders must be in saleable condition. Refunds will not be issued if the item is not returned in a resalable state. Credit notes will be provided at Chantier’s discretion.
 
Important Notes for Returns:
 
•Include all relevant details, such as your name and order number, in the return package to prevent delays in processing your refund or credit note.
•If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged item.
