In order for us to process your order Chantier need to capture certain details about the order and about you. When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will only collect and use information in accordance with data protection laws and as specified in this Privacy Policy.

Chantier uses a system that allows customers to access a record of their stored personal information and their order history with us. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate and correct. Chantier will never disclose customer information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Chantier DOES NOT store the credit card details for any of our customers – we use a third party payment gateway to help ensure the highest level of security for our customers.   We use Paypal or ApplePay to take credit or debit card payments.

We ensure that all data is held in a secure manner. We employ secure server technology to help prevent interception of data whilst it is being transmitted, and take the utmost care to ensure that our systems are protected from unauthorised entry.;

Disclosure to Government: We are subject to Lithuanian law. We may be required to give information to legal authorities if they so request or if they have the proper authorisation such as a search warrant or court order.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).  If you receive our newsletter in error or you would like remove yourself from the mailing list there is the option to unsubscribe on each marketing email. Alternatively please email us neringa@chantier.LT
